President: Mitzi Parrish

Ms. Parrish has served as Company’s President since its inception. She has also served as Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Affiliate since March 1995. She has a BA in communications from the University of Alabama.

Her duties include new business infrastructure and development, purchasing, equipment setup, marketing/advertising /purchasing, overseeing construction of many Salons & School structure. She has spent considerable time developing many business operations including Franchise Development, Patent and Copyrights in the pet styling field. She has developed and maintained employee structure/meetings, corporate procedures and policies, operation structure, accounting/payroll system, schedule/production system, customer relations, quality control, state licensing for Golden Paws Licensees, training structure, instructional training for Golden Paws Program, state paperwork control system, government finance programs, Golden Paws uniform design, conversion design for Golden Paws mobile van, training Pet Stylists and training Golden Paws Licensees.

From 1990 to 1995, she served as grooming/training department manager at Dog’s Day Out in Huntington Beach, California. Her duties included grooming pets, teaching students, training new employees, overseeing employees, scheduling/production, mobile relief groomer, scheduling and routing of van operations, developing advertising programs. From 1985 to 1989, she served as instructor for Dog’s Day Out in Humble, Texas. Her duties included grooming pets and training new employees. Ms. Parrish has been involved in the pet styling industry since 1978.

Vice President: Rianne Morgan

Ms. Morgan has served as Company’s Vice President since its inception. She has also served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer for Affiliate since September, 1996.

Her duties included accounting/payroll, income and production records, banking transactions, disbursement of funds, procurement inventory control, daily operations, quality control, develop production procedures, develop corporate policies and procedures, and arrange employee schedules.

From 1992 to September, 1996 she served as an owner/groomer at Dog’s Day Out in Huntington Beach, California. Her duties included grooming pets, training new employees, overseeing employees, scheduling/production, scheduling and routing of van operations, advertising programs, accounting/payroll, income and production records, banking transactions, disbursement of funds, procurement inventory control, daily operations, quality control, develop production procedures, develop corporate policies and procedures, and arrange employee schedules. Ms. Morgan has been involved in the pet styling industry since 1992.

Consultant: Jacqueline Rauch

Ms. Rauch has served as Company’s Consultant since its inception. She has provided consulting to Affiliate on design and layout for work areas, state school licensing, advertising programs, employment structure, record structure, instructional tools-design and implementations, training and program instruction, corporate policies and procedures and business plan.

From 1980 to January, 1990 she was the owner of Dog’s Day Out in Humble, Texas. Her duties included grooming pets, teaching students, training employees, accounting and payroll system, scheduling/records, banking transactions, inventory control, production/quality control, customer relations, advertising programs, corporate policies and procedures, procurement of equipment, tools and supplies and daily operations. Ms. Rauch has been involved with breeding, boarding and showing of dogs, as well as pet retail since 1964. She has owned and operated many successful Salon and School operations.
